Confirmation of Booking
To confirm a booking we require a completed booking form. In addition, a deposit may also be required to confirm the booking. The total apartment charges must be paid no later than 14 days prior to arrival, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you wish to extend/shorten the original booking we require 14 days notice (in case of monthly booking) or 7 days notice (in case of weekly booking) prior to your original departure date, unless otherwise agreed.

If you intend to pay by Bank Transfer this should reach our account net of all bank charges. For bookings made within 15 days of commencement of stay full payment, by cleared funds, is required at the time of booking. Should payment not reach us within the required time we reserve the right to cancel any booking made by any deposit will be forfeit.

Accommodation and occupancy
Although accommodation and location are confirmed in advance the exact apartment cannot be guaranteed prior to arrival.
The number of people permitted to occupy each apartment is limited to the numbers of beds. In some apartments extra sleeping accommodation can be arranged. We reserve the right to charge for additional occupancy.

Arrival- and Departure time
Apartments are reserved from 15.00 PM on the day of arrival until 11.00 AM on the day of departure. All additional hours will be charged as one day unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation
Monthly bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days prior to the arrival date (for weekly bookings : 7 days).
In case of late cancellation, no show or early departure, 14 days will be charged (for weekly bookings: 7 days

Charges
All utility charges are included in your rent except additional services such as telephone calls, internet, room service, service laundry and parkings.

Liability
Stanhope Hotel cannot be held responsible in any way for loss of, or damage to, contents, furniture, fittings or any personal belongings at the apartment locations. Nor can we be held liable for the acts or defaults caused by third parties. You are advised to ensure your own insurance policies cover loss or damage to personal property during your stay. Guests are advised to take out adequate travel and personal insurance.
