At all our hotels in Norway you get free wireless internet access up to 1Mbps. At an additional cost you can upgrade to a bandwidth up to 3Mbps. At our hotels in Sweden, Belgium and The Netherlands, you get internet access at an additional cost.

Most of our hotels offer rooms for physically disabled. We work actively to offer our guests an environment that complies with universal design requirements. For more information about wheelchair accessibility, please contact the hotel in question directly.

Questions regarding reservations and cancellations
Breakfast is included at all our hotels in Norway and Sweden. At our hotels in Brussels and Rotterdam, you can choose whether you want breakfast to be included or not when booking your stay.
Guests under 13 years are counted as children.
For online reservations from our website we accept Visa and Master. You can also use American Express, Diners Club and BankAxept at our hotels.
"Flexible Rate" means he stay is not pre-paid, and can be cancelled. All rooms that are booked as "Flexible Rate" are counted as non-guaranteed reservations. Non-guaranteed reservations are held until 16 pm on the day of arrival. Non-guaranteed reservations are automatically cancelled after 16 pm. If you expect to arrive later than 16 pm, please contact the hotel before the date of arrival to guarantee your reservation.
Cancellations must be done before 16 pm the day of arrival. If a guaranteed reservation is not cancelled by the deadline, this will be treated as a no-show and you will be charged for the reservation.

No. Our hotels in Brussels offer great conference facilities with a total of 37 meeting rooms in various sizes. Several of our Thon City hotels also have conference facilities, as well as our Thon Resort hotels at Geilo and Skeikampen.
