Le Monde is the restaurant of the hotel. Our menu reflects the best tastes from the Mediterranian cuisine. We only use first class ingredients, fresh herbs and fresh-ground spices, which adds to the tasteful character of our dishes. At Le Monde we are not only inspired by the Mediterranian, but also by local traditions in Southern Norway in all its variety.
