Located at the tip of the Hardangerfjord, Norheimsund is a great starting point for experiencing what one of Norway's most beautiful fjords has to offer.
Folgefonna National Park
Right across the fjord you will find Folgefonna National Park. The Folgefonna glacier is one of Norway's biggest, and Folgefonna Breførerlag offers guided tours in this magical landscape. Experience "the blue adventure" of untamed ice, ice valleys and ice towers with the beautiful Hardangerfjord as the backdrop.
Sightseeing along the Hardangerfjord
Near the hotel there is a boat that takes you sightseeing along the Hardangerfjord. Here you got the opportunity to experience the following attractions: Folgefonna, the Mikkelpark, the fruit and cider rout in Ulvik, Vøringsfossen and Hardangervidda Nature Centre. The season lasts from May until October. Check the schedule at Norled Fjordcruise.
