Thon Hotel Arena is a modern conference hotel which is ideal for both large and small conferences, meetings and seminars. The hotel is centrally located in Lillestrøm, and has easy access to and from Oslo and Gardermoen. We are specialists in banquets, events and kick-offs.

Food and drink at the hotel
The hotel’s a la carte restaurant Kosta is open from Monday to Saturday from 17.00-22.30 (Sundays 15.00-21.00). We also offer a main restaurant seating 550 guests. The hotel bar, ‘Barena’ seats 100 and serves drinks and light refreshments. We also feature a nightclub with room for 350 guests, which we can open when requested. Perfect for major conferences at the hotel.
From 25 June to 15 August our a la carte restaurant Kosta will be open every day from 17.00 to 21.00. Barena will be closed during this period.
Exercise and well-being
The hotel features a spa/well-being centre with its own swimming pool, sauna, turkish bath, pool and jacuzzi. The hotel also has a fitness room which our guests can access free of charge.
You can also find a fitness centre at the hotel that is free of charge for all of our guests.
Activities and other things to do at the hotel
It is only a short walk from the hotel to outdoor activities, shopping and restaurants in the centre of Lillestrøm. Oslo is also within easy reach of the hotel, offering everything you expect of attractions that a capital city can offer.
