A la carte
The menu at our à la carte restaurant Brasserie is mainly based on produce from the nearby area. We cooperate with several local suppliers, and among other things we harvest our own chantarelles every autumn. Our head chef composes the menu according to the seasons, and our sommeliers offers hand-picked wine selections. The restaurant has capacity for 90 guests.
Our bar offers refreshing drinks and snacks in an enjoyable atmosphere. Here you can unwind before or after dinner, or get together with colleagues after a long day of meetings. We can also offer a bar menu with a variety of small dishes.
All weekdays except for the summerperiod and public holidays we set our lunch buffet. Here you will find a large and varied selection of both hot and cold dishes made from fresh produce from local suppliers. On the dessert table of the buffet you will find sweet temptations from our own pastry chefs.
We serve a big and varied breakfast buffet every day. Here you will find a wide selection of spreads and cold cuts, several types of bread, fresh fruit, cereals, milk, freshly squeezed juice, smoothies and freshly brewed coffee. At our breakfast chef's counter you get freshly cooked omelettes and griddle cakes.
