In total the Olav Thon Group owns approximately 400 properties in Norway and 18 overseas. In addition 30 properties are rented with long-term lease agreements. The properties are large shopping centres and centrally located business properties. Annual rental income for the Group’s real estate portfolio is kr 2,350 mill.

The Olav Thon Group is Norway’s leading Shopping centre operator and has ownership interests in 50 shopping centres and manages 11 for other owners. Total turnover for the Group’s shopping centres in 2005 was kr 28,5 bn. Hotel and Restaurant The Group operates 43 hotels with a total of 6,360 rooms. The hotels have achieved a strong market position in Norway and are leaders in terms of market share in Oslo and Bergen. Marketing is done through the Group’s own hotel chain. Thon Hotels In addition to the hotels’ service offers the Group also manages several bars and clubs including Scotsman and Tre brødre in Oslo. Other operationsUnger Fabrikker AS: Industrial venture that produces and sells products for production in the soap and cosmetic industry, principally for export. Conrad Langaard AS: Wholesale firm. Sells and distributes different types of tobacco products. Norsk Underholdingsspill ASInvolved in the operation of poker machines. Ski Kinosenter ASOperate the cinema complex in Ski Multicentre. Boutique 31- A chain that comprises 5 businesses and sells fashion clothing to mature women.
