General terms and conditions when making a hotel reservation

Not guaranteed arrival
A reserved room is available until 16:00 on day of arrival unless a later arrival time has been agreed. The guest is not liable to the hotel if he/she does not cancel the reservation. After 16:00 the hotel can rent out the room to another guest.

Guaranteed arrival
When an arrival has been guaranteed, the reservation applies also after 16:00 on day of arrival. If the guest is a no-show without making a cancellation the guest is charged for the price of the room. A reservation is guaranteed when registering credit card information upon reservation. This information will only be made use of if the guest is a no-show and the reservation has not been cancelled.

Special terms
There might be special terms associated with the different prices. If so, these exceed the general terms. Then making a reservation at our website, all rates are presented together with it’s terms.
