How do I guarantee late arrival when booking for someone else?

Guaranteeing room availability for late arrivals

  • To guarantee that a room will be available for a guest who is arriving late (after 16:00), the reservation must be prepaid (in part or in full). The simplest way to go about this is for the person who makes the booking to prepay for the entire stay
  • If the person who makes the booking only prepays for part of the stay, the guest who stays in the room can pay the remainder at check-out
  • We cannot charge the card that was used to prepay for part of the booking unless the guest can present this card at the front desk at check-out
  • It is also possible to make the reservation without notifying us that the guest will be arriving late, and to then call the hotel directly to arrange to guarantee room availability for a late arrival. In such instances, it’s best if the guest who will be staying with us makes the call

Please note that the reservation may be registered under the name of the person who made the booking, even if the correct name of the guest is included in the booking confirmation.
