Where can I find a list of my previous reservations?

I made the bookings myself

  • Visit My Profile to access an overview of your past reservations
  • You must be a Thon DISCOVERY member to access My Profile
  • On My Profile, you can see and overview of the reservations you made yourself (you can also see reservations where you chose to “Make a booking for someone else” in the course of the booking process

We are working on developing a My Profile for our corporate customers, as well. This will make it easier to access past reservations that were booked using a company code.

Someone else made the bookings

  • A booking confirmation is sent out to the person made the reservation, even if it is made with a company code
  • It is possible to re-send the booking confirmation by clicking on "Find or cancel a booking" in the menu at the top of the website
