This bright and modern meeting room has a capacity for up to 400 participants. According to your needs, the room can also be split into two rooms; Oslo I & II.

Facilities

Oslo I and Oslo II dispose over a private entrance with direct access to the street. This is very convenient when you arrive with your material. Let us not forget an elevator for guests with reduced mobility and the beautifully designed foyer with a fully equipped buffet and private bathrooms. It is the ideal spot for a refreshing coffee break during your conference in Brussels or a private cocktail after the meeting. The foyer can also be used as an exhibition hall.

State of the art technology

We have renovated the Oslo meeting room to a high-tech meeting venue with state of the art audio-visual installation with integrated sound system and acoustic ceiling. Equipped with brand new beamers using laser light source and two built-in screens with multiple connectivity options, VGA, HDMI or Click share, this conference room will meet all your needs. Thanks to Click share, we have put an end for you to installation, technical hiccups and messy cables.

Featuring four mobile 65” LED full HD TV’s with nine connection points, you can easily use the screens for separate group sessions. The connection points will automatically link to the main screen as reminder screens. Alternatively, how about having a different presentation on each screen? You decide.
