Norwegian consumers have spoken through the Norwegian Customer Barometer's rating 2020: Thon Hotels is the hotel chain they are most satisfied with.

Every year, BI Norwegian Business School’s Norwegian Customer Barometer measures customer satisfaction and loyalty among Norwegian consumers. With a score of 75 points and 4 stars in this prestigious competition, Thon Hotel was this year’s industry winner. We interpret this as a vote of confidence from our very satisfied customers, who find that Thon Hotels delivers great quality and services that meet or beat the expectations of our guests.

“From the customers’ point of view, customer satisfaction is the best measure of performance. The results show that the direction Thon Hotels has taken in recent years is valued by guests,” says Pål Silseth, Head of the Norwegian Customer Barometer and a lecturer at BI Norwegian Business School.
