As a member you can, among other things, choose to use your bonus points for:

• Accommodation
• Room upgrades
• Gift cards
• Restaurants in Brussels

Claiming your points retroactively

You can easily claim your points via My Page.

Find the last name used on booking and the reservation number. Click on 'Register bonus' points and fill in the necessary information - we take care of the rest! 

Due date for bonus points

Bonus points earned have a validity of 3 years (36 months) and expire the last date of the accrual month in the third year. After this time, the bonus points will expire and cannot be used.

As a THON+ member, we want you to have the opportunity to experience as much as possible at our destinations.

We let you choose between a variety of Local Experiences if you have stayed 10 or more nights at Thon Hotels during a calendar year.

This means that you get the opportunity to experience something very special at the destination you are visiting or in your own city at no extra cost. The choice is yours!

If you have access to a Local Experience, you can easily send a request to the hotel that offers it. You can choose from many exciting options.

Unfortunately, we do not offer status matching. However, we would like to offer you an upgrade to the next membership tier so that you can experience the benefits during your next stay with us, provided the following conditions are met.

We can offer an upgrade to THON+ Platinum if you can document a higher status with another hotel chain.

We require a photo or screenshot of your membership card or your account page (“My Page”) in order to verify your membership level.
Your full name and membership level must be clearly visible.

To be eligible for this upgrade, you must have one completed stay and one future reservation at one of our hotels.
If you do not have a future reservation, we would be happy to provide you with a price offer.

• The ability to send out a new password can sometimes take quite some time due to underlying systems
• If you don’t receive anything within a reasonable amount of time, you can try to enter your membership number instead
