To confirm your reservation, a full prepayment is required upon reservation.

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 working days (04.00 PM) prior to the arrival date via this website or by contacting the hotel (by email).
In case of no-show, late cancellation or early departure, no refund will be granted according to the cancellation policy.
