Heat and Eat in Ålesund
Welcome to Heat and Eat at Svai Sauna.
The experience consists of a 2-hour session in the floating saunas at the approach to Ålesund harbour, and dinner at our fantastic brasserie. Here you can experience the seasons while enjoying a great meal – watch the storm raging or enjoy the sunset. If you are not guests at the hotel, we will arrange for you to get changed. Drinks are ordered separately from the experience, and you can choose whether you want to start with dinner or a sauna.
