Price Guarantee
If you have booked a hotel directly through our channels and find a lower rate with the same conditions elsewhere, we will pay the difference. See terms and conditions below.
Membership benefits
As a member of our loyalty programme THON+, you get up to 12% off our regular rates and bonus points while you sleep. Stays booked through channels other than our own are not eligible.
Breakfast is included
If you book directly with us, you will get our award-winning breakfast included in the rate at our hotels in Norway (except Thon Hotel Verdal), Sweden and Denmark.
No rooms available
There are many websites selling rooms at our hotels. These only have access to sell a limited number of the rooms we have available. This means that you have a greater chance of getting the room you want most if you book directly at thonhotels.no.
“Only a few rooms left”
If you receive a message on our own website that there are few rooms left where you want to stay, be sure that this is correct and not a trick to stress you out to buy quickly.
Our website counts down until there are 5 left of a room type. The message “Only a few rooms left” is triggered. At destination level, for example when searching for all of Oslo, the message is triggered at 10% vacancy or less.
Terms and conditions
- The price guarantee only applies if you have booked your stay at thonhotels.no or in the app
- The price guarantee only applies if you find a different rate by midnight on the day of your order
- The price guarantee only applies to the same hotel, the same room type, the same check-in and check-out date and the same number of guests
- If you cancel or make changes to your order, the price guarantee will no longer apply
The price guarantee does not apply to bookings for
- Promotional and special prices
- Group-price
- Company Prices
- Third-party rates where Thon Hotels has no control over rates and availability
- Membership, association and club rates
- Travel packages with room and breakfast included in the rate
Thon Hotels reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the price guarantee at any time.
