When you smell the aroma of our freshly baked bread or dip your croissant into a delicious cappuccino, you can close your eyes and imagine yourself in Italy or France. When you open your eyes again, you'll see the spectacular scenery of Lofoten, whether it’s a beautiful sunrise or the dancing Northern Lights.
We want our bakery to allow you, our guest, to enjoy genuine craftsmanship inspired by Italian, French, German, Danish and Norwegian baking traditions. The art of baking and culinary craftsmanship are important to us, which is why we are creating new traditions. This includes only using organic and ancient grains in our flour blends where possible to avoid using artificial additives and preservatives. Our philosophy is that only the best from across Europe is good enough for our guests.
On beautiful summer days, you can also enjoy our homemade ice cream or buy something to take with you on a day trip. We look forward to welcoming you!
