For payment on the website, you can use VISA or MasterCard. If you book one of our hotels in Brussels or Rotterdam, you can also pay with American Express. 

For some prices, you can also choose to pay when you arrive at the hotel.

From 7 May 2025, Thon Hotels will no longer accept Gifty gift cards as a means of payment on the website.

Do you have a valid Gifty gift card? It can still be used for payment at Thon Hotels until the original expiry date of the card. After this date, these gift cards can no longer be redeemed.

To redeem gift cards that are still valid after 7 May 2025, please contact the Customer Service Centre by phone: (+47) 21 49 69 00. Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.

Yes, you can book on behalf of others. 

The procedure is simple and depends if you are going to be a guest or not. 

If you aren't staying yourself:

• Choose the alternative "I am booking on behalf of others" during the booking and fill out the necessary information
• The person you are booking for will recieve a copy of the reservation confirmation

If you are staying as well:

• You can reserve a maximum of 9 rooms in one booking on our website
• During the booking process you will be able to write the name of at leat one guest per room
• In this case, you don't need to choose the option "I am booking on behalf of others".

As a member of THON+, you will find your receipts on My Page. Click on the relevant stay to download the receipt as a PDF or have it sent to your e-mail address.

Your future reservations

As a THON+ member, you can easily access your upcoming reservations on My Page. 

If you are not a member, you don't have access to My Page. To see your upcoming reservations, navigate to "Find or Cancel Booking" in the top menu. Enter your reservation number and you will receive an e-mail with a link to information about upcoming bookings. 

Previous reservations

As a THON+ member, you can access your past reservations on My Page. 

Click on the My bookings tab to see an overview of your past stays. 

If you are not a member, you don't have access to My Page. To see your previous reservations, navigate to "Find or Cancel Booking" in the top menu. Enter your reservation number and you will receive an e-mail with a link to information about previous bookings. 

Change my booking

There are different conditions for changing the reservation depending on the type of booking.

To find out if your reservation can be changed, please check your reservation confirmation email.

Cancellation of your future stay

The conditions for cancellation vary depending on the price type you chose when booking. To find out if your reservation can be changed, check your booking confirmation that has been sent to your email.

If you have booked a stay with the option of cancellation, you can cancel your stay at the latest until the arrival date.

Latest cancellation time:

All guests can cancel until 16:00.

Platinum and Black members can cancel until 18:00. This also applies to accommodations booked with bonus points.

I’m not logged in

Please log in so that you can view your negotiated rate. You can log in on your private profile or with a company code.

To login with your company code:

Click on "Use corporate agreement" in the upper right corner of the website. Enter your Company name and contract number.

I’m already logged in

If your negotiated rate is available, this will appear when you search for hotel accommodation.

Contract rates are indicated by a gray label above the price in the the search result, or in the text field under the price information.

The company I work for does not have a corporate agreement with Thon Hotels

In order to get access to a negotiated rate, the company you work for can establish a business agreement with Thon Hotels.

To get access to your negotiated rate, please log in with your Company name and Company code. Click on "Use corporate agreement" in the menu. You can find the menu at the top right of the website. 

If you do not know the company code, please contact the person in your company who has this information. You can also contact us for any assistance needed. 

I would like to get a negotiated rate for personal use

By signing up to THON+ you will receive up to 12% discount on accommodation at our hotels in Brussels, Rotterdam and Norway.
