With a business agreement with Thon Hotels, your company gets better rates on accommodation. For group bookings, events, meetings and conferences, we will make you a personalized offer. 

In addition, your employees will have the opportunity to enroll in the loyalty program THON+. Like this, they earn bonus points which they can use at our hotels and several of our partners.

Setting up a corporate contract

Creating a business agreement is easy. Have your organization number available and go to our corporate customer pages to create a business agreement.

I’m responsible for our corporate contract with Thon Hotels

Upon registration, you received the company code by e-mail. If you do not find the e-mail, please contact us.

I am an employee of a company that has a corporate contract with Thon Hotels

Information about your company’s corporate contract with Thon Hotels will usually be available on your company’s intranet.

However, you can also contact the person at your company who is responsible for your corporate contract with Thon Hotels.

I’m logged in with my company code

To see your contract prices, you need to be logged in with your company code, or have linked the company code with your personal profile.

After searching your hotel and date, look for the gray "Negotiated rate" label.

Yes, please!

It is absolutely possible to combine your membership and your company agreement.

To do this, go to My profile, on the My account tab. At the bottom of the page you will find the field Negotiated rates. Here you can link your company code with your THON+ profile.

Your receipts

You have access to receipts for previous stays on My bookings on My page. Click on the reservation number and you will see the receipt for that particular stay.

It is also possible to receive receipts for previous stays by contacting the hotel. Have the reservation number available and we will help you.

I made the reservations myself

You can fin an overview of previous and future reservations on My Page. 

On My Page you have an overview of reservations you have made yourself (even if you have selected "I book for another person" during the booking process)

Someone else made the reservations

Reservation confirmations are sent to those booking the stay, even though the reservation is made on a company code. 

It is possible to resubmit booking confirmations by pressing "Find or Cancel Booking" at the top menu of the website. 

Paying by invoice

It may be possible to pay by invoice. The payment by invoice needs to be requested directly to each hotel via your contact person.

Guarantee late arrival

To guarantee late arrival (after 16:00), all or part of the reservation needs to be prepaid. The simplest thing is that the person who makes the booking also prepays the entire stay.

If the person booking has prepaid part of the stay, the person staying will need to pay the remaining amount of the stay at check-out.
