We are installing a new booking system

We are installing a new booking system, which means that the website will have limited functionality from 7 April until the system is up and running.

You will still be able to log in and book a stay on the website, but only one price option will be available. Any stays booked during this period must be paid for on arrival and you will receive temporary booking confirmation until we have upgraded to the new booking system.

It will not be possible to book a stay in the Thon Hotels app and you will not be able to check in or out using the app. My Page, bristol.no and orders with bonus points/negotiated rates will also be unavailable. 

If you would like to cancel or change a future stay during this period, please contact our customer service department.

Can I book a stay on the website?

Yes, it will be possible to book a stay on the website, but only one price option will be available.

Can I order additional products or take advantage of special offers?

No, it will not be possible to order additional products or take advantage of special offers during this period. 

Can I book a stay in the Thon Hotels app?

No, the app will be unavailable until we have upgraded to the new booking system. 

Can I check in/out with the app?

No, it will not be possible to check in or out with the app. If you are staying at one of our hotels during this time period, it may be a good idea to allow for plenty of time because there may be a long line at reception. 

Can I pay on the website?

No, it will only be possible to pay at the hotel on arrival. Payment by card, Vipps or invoice will not be possible.

Will My Page be available?

You can log in as usual, but you will not be able to make any changes on My Page. For example, it will not be possible to view upcoming or post stays, register points, view your points balance, etc.

Can I change or cancel an upcoming stay on the website?

No, it will not be possible to make changes to or cancel stays on the website during this period. If you would like to change or cancel your stay, please contact our customer service department.

Can I pay for or book a stay with bonus points?

No, it will not be possible to pay for or book an accommodation with bonus points during this period. 

Can I book a stay with negotiated rates?

No, it will not be possible to book a stay with negotiated rates.
